At Salt Veda, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted if:

• The product received is damaged
• Wrong product was delivered
• Product packaging is tampered with during delivery

Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by providing order details and clear images of the issue.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged after delivery
• Requests raised after the allowed timeframe

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
